FOOLISH A ACT, WHY AND HOW IT HAPPENED, I KNOW NOT, WONDER TO FIND REASONS, IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW ABOUT. It so happened on 30th december I went to the registration office where After some time I felt the urge to urinate. I checked with a few persons and was directed towards where the latrine was situated. When I reached there, to my surprise, I found latrine about 3 meters down where I was standing. I was in a mood of laziness. How to get to the latrine. I saw around but did not get any passage to get to the latrine except that there was next to where I was standing a cemented slab and mud slope thereafter, without any railing. I felt if I take this passage which is without railing, I will surely fall down. As such I decided to jump down to the latrine which was 3 meters down. WHAT A FOOLISH ACT THAT I COULD NOT IMAGINE IF BY JUMPING I GET HURT, THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOR DID I THINKJ THAT I AM AT THE AGE OF 93 AND IF ANY INJURY HAPPENED, IT COULD TAKE LONGER TIME TO RECOVER IT COULD ALSO BE POSSIBLE THAT IT MAY NOT GET RECOVERED AT ALL. I just jumped, I got bruises on fingers, leg got injured, shoulder bone slightly got broken. In such a condition it was impossible for me to get up. Fortunately there were two persons standing quite far away, when they saw me perhaps jumping or lying in this impossible condition, they rushed towards me, they picked me up to make me stand. I urinated hereafter and went back to the registration office. About ½ an hour when I got free, on way back home, I got X’rayed and I am now on medication. ON EFLECTION I WONDER, WHY I DID NOT THINK OF LOOKING UP THE ROUTINE WHICH WAS GETTING TO THE LATRINE, WHY I DID NOT THINK IF BY JUMPING I GET HURT, THEN WHAT WILL HAPPEN, SHOULD I ACCEPT THAT I WAS DESTINED TO GET HURT AND INJURED, WHY MY MIND PINNED DOWN TO TAKE A JUMP INSTEAD OF FINDING SOME ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION, AT THE SAME TIME I WONDER ALSO HOW IT HAPPENED LUCKILY THERE WERE PRESENT 2 PERSONS STANDING A BIT FAR AWAY WHO SAW ME JUMPING OR LYING DOWN UNABLE TO STAND UP,THEY RUSHED TOWARDS ME,PICKED ME UP TO STAND. I WONDER WHEN I GOT INJURED, WAS IT THE RESULT OF SOME BAD ACT OR DUE TO OVER-CONFIDENCE AND ALSO HOW THESE 2 PERSONS HAPPENED TO BE THERE TO NOTICE ME JUMPING AND COMING SOON TO PICK ME UP. All A MIRACLE WITH NO ANSWER.
