SHOULD THE WORKERS BE COMPELLED TO WORK FROM OFFICE OR FROM HOME OR BYBRID -WORKING FROM HOME GIVES COMPANIES FINANCIAL ADVANTAGES AS ALSO TO CUT OFF SOME SOCIAL AID FACILITIES -BUT THERE ARE DISADVANTAGES TOO DUE TO -LACK OF CONCENTRATION -NO DISCUSSION AND NO GUIDANCE HOW TO SOLVE CERTAIN UNRESOLVED QUERIES -NO GROWTH AND ELEVATION OF KNOWLEDGE -NO MOTIVATION BY BEING ALWAYS IN THE SAME ENVIRONMENT -ALLOWS TO WORK SHABILY PERHAPS IN SLUMBER AFTER SLEEP, WITHOUT WASH AND WITHOUT PROPER WEARS. -THERE IS NO DIALOGUE, NO MIX-UP WITH COLLEAGUES CAUSING LONELINESS, PERHAPS LEADING TO DEPRESSION -ABSENCE OF EXERCISE, POSSIBLY LEADS TO HEALTH ISSUES. -DEPRIVES WIFE OF HER FREEDOM, RATHER BE COMPELLED AT THE BECK AND CALL OF HER HUSBAND, CAUSING ABSUSES AND CONFLICTS IN THE FAMILY -BYBRID, EVEN HYBRID IS NO GOOD AS IT DOES NOT GIVE ANY REGULARITY AND DISCIPLINE -WORKING AT HOME AND THEN JOINING OFFICE PERHAPS WILL CAUSE MORE TIME WASTED AS TO HOW HAD THEIR EXPERIENCE BY WORKING IN HOME WHAT PROBLEMS THEY HAVE FACED IN FAMILY RELATIONS -BESIDES TO CHANGE FROM ONE ROUTINE TO ANOTHER DETERIORATES EFFICIENCY AS IT TAKES TIME TO GEAR UP TO NEW ENVIRONMENTS, PERHAPS CHANGE OF COLLEAGUES, BOSSES, SYSTEMS AND MODE OF WORK ETC. ETC. -TO WORK FROM OFFICE FULL TIME HAS MANY ADVANTAGES -IT HELPS THE EMPLOYESS TO DISCIPLINE, WHICH HELPS IN DOING WORK EFFICIENTLY -THE EMPLOYEES ARE COMPELLED TO TAKE TO WASH, CLEAN AND PERHAPS FASHION GARMENTS, WHICH HELP IN GEARING THE MOOD AND THE SPIRIT TO WORK -ONE IS ABLE TO MEET COLLEAGUES, CHAT AND TALK OVER IF NOT EARLIER, IN LUNCH AND TEA TIME AT LEAST, AND AS SUCH TALKS, LIGHT OR HARD, HELP ONE TO GET OVER THE RIGOUR, BE RELAXED COMPARATIVELY, GET TO WORK AND BE BACK HOME MORE OR LESS FORGOTTEN OF WHAT HAPPENED IN THE HOUSE BEFORE OR WHILE LEAVING FOR OFFICE -TO WORK EFFICIENTLY, PROPER ENVIRONMENT IS CREATED LIKEWISE GETTING PROPERLY DRESSED UP DEFINITELY HELPS TO DEVOTE AND CONCENTRATE IN WORKING. -AS THERE ARE SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS, PERFORMANCE DOES NECESSARILY IMPROVES A LOT. -ONE REMAINS COMPELLED TO BE ANSWERABLE FOR THE WORK DONE, TO BE REPRIMANDED AND/OR REWARDED ACCORDING -CREATES AMBITION TO GROW AND PROGRESS AS ONE SEES A COLLEAGUE/OR COLLEAGUES GETTING PROMOTED AND ENJOYING ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL BENEFITS, BESIDES PERHAPS RISING UP IN HIERARCHY -AS MAN IS A SOCIAL BEING, MIX UP, TALK AND DISCUSSION ARE ESSENTIAL PART OF BRINGING IN BETTER EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE -TO EXECUTE A WORK, DISCIPLINE, ENVIRONMENT, SYSTEMS AND CONTROL ARE ESSENTIAL AND IN NO WAY THESE CAN BE NEGLECTED IN ANY MANNER -IN CASE SOME DISCUSSIONS AND CONSULTATIONS ARE NEEDED, THESE ONE FNDS QUICKLY AT HAND THAN TO WAIT, LEADING PERHAPS TO FORGETFULNESS -IT HELPS THE MANAGEMENT TO DEVISE SYSTEMS FOR BETTER EXECUTION OF JOBB, BETTER EXPLANATION, BETTER CONTROL ETC. -GROWTH AND PROGRESS OF EMPLOYEES IS FULLY TAKEN CARE OF AND IS ESSENTIALLY FOCUSSED UPON, TO DEVELOP MORE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, MOTIVATION AND AMBITION TO PERFORM BETTER AND BETTER AND MERIT TO GAIN PROMOTION, ADDITIONAL INCREMENTS, BE BETTER RECOGNISED AND APPRECIATED ETC. -in conclusion I am of the view, that working from office -results in better performance -creates better discipline -helps in devising better systems and explanation thereof -helps a lot in improving physical health and zeal to work - accountability becomes easier In short, to sum up, I will say, except in circumstances like epidemics, conflicts, natural disasters, war etc. to work from office brings in more efficiency in performance and progress of the workforce and the organisation as well. ………………………………………………………………………………………….
