Transformation is natural process of life,, as life advances, many habits change due to realisation that these are no good, many a time short of resources especially after retirement, due to deterioration of health and also when children get grown up and reach the marriageable , generally either the father feels compelled himself to abandon his habits or is compelled by his children that his habits are no good and are mostly turning restrictive/handicap to our marriage chances., These do change with the position, status and also in his work status/position where he has to supervise and control many of the workers and staff as well wherein mostly one turns to getting angry, resorts to shouting, becomes less compassionate, change of habits like drinking, smoking, smoking cigars, change of society, develop many habits to show off in his social circle etc. Besides this as the age advances, generally realization develops, many of the habits one abandons himself voluntarily. Those who realize that he is now like many others like a common man to depend and approach the hierarchy for many of his pending jobs to be done, when in such a situation, one feels the pinch and does accept his situation as the present one and in situation and circumstances it is. Hence habits of control, getting angry, shouting not only change but mostly turn into submission and acceptance.
