TIME HAS CHANGED PARENTS SHOULD NEVER FORCE THEIR CHILDRENT TO JOIN THEIR BUSINESS, OR LET THEIR CHILDREN TO DO WHAT WHAT THEY DESIRE AFTER STUDIES. IN SELF EFFORT EVEN MINOR GAIN WILL CREATE ENCOURAGEMENT AND PRIDE BELIEVING THAT ITIS ME WHO HAS EARNED THIS AND NOT BECAUSE WHAT MY PARENTS HAVE GIVEN TO ME , WHERE POSSIBLY THERE COULD FAMILY CONFLICTS, STAFF AND MANAGEMENT HINDRANCES, NEVERTHELESS IF THE CHILDREN WANT TO JOIN THE BUSINESS OF THEIR PARENTS, IT WILL BE BETTER THAT THEY INITIALLY WORK WITH SOME OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO GAIN EXPERIENCE AND THEN JUMP INTO PARENTS BUSINESS. FURTHER WHEN THE CHIDREN JOIN THE BUSINESS OF THEIR PARENTS , PARENTS MUST START THE RETREAT AND NEVER BOTHER HOW THE CHILDREN ARE MANAGING EXCEPT GIVING ADVICE IF ASKED FOR BY THE CHILDREN. TKS   WHETHER PARENTS SHOULD FORCE THEIR SON OR DAUGHTER TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS OR LEAVE THEM TO THEIR CHOICE. Most of the parents love to get their child son or daughter as the case may be, to their business to bring growth to their business as also to settle them. ANSWER;I am of the view now and not before, parents should not force their child and leave him/her to his/her aptitude, dreams and liking as forcing the child to their business will lead him/her to (a) disliking to start with (b) many staff members who were loyal to his/her parents will not accept him/her as a boss as they would have seen him/her as a child and formed their opinion as to how he/she could rule over the elders and loyal ones (c) may like to change many systems but will not have free hand(d) may find fault with some of the staff members and the business policies etc as also how to develop and face the competitors, may like to change but will be questioned and blocked from executing his/her ideas (d) will find it difficult to show his/her results as of his/her efforts as his contribution will be taken as a routine one just assisting the growing business etc. etc WHILE ON THE CONTRARY if he/she reaps even a small benefit, he/she will feel encouraged and will measure it as a success and pride of his/her effort.AS SELF PRIDE, SUCCESS AND FREEDOM ONE LIKES THE MOST, hence LEAVING HIM/HER TO WHAT HE/SHE WANTS, I THINK, WILL BE MORE SATISFYING AND DELIGHTFUL TO HIM/HER. IN SUCH A SITUATION, PARENTS SHOULD ALLOCATE SOME FUNDS FOR SUCH CHILD AND GIVE HIM/HER FREEDOM TO SPEND IN THE MANNER HE/SHE WANTS. Further, let the parents find some alternative to their business and if not, may decide to sell it off, earn royalty in the form of one-time buy, take some money at the outset and decide for continuation of getting royalty on the balance as per shares bought and as such live the rest of their life WITHOUT HASSLES. comments....
