PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE BEING NARRATED BY VASDEV LOONDFOR BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE MOOD: we get into bad sometime in the morning and do notwant to move out of the bed, prefer lying down in slumber, do want to talk to anyone nor want to hear sermons or push from anyone either and if someone forces, we hit back in anger and say please let me alone I am not in good mood and do not want to be disturbed. Mood gets bad mostly because we do not get sound sleep, maybe we have been dreaming, urinating many a time, feeling uneasy in regrets and certain jobs not done as planned, etc. etc. THE QUESTION ARISES AS TO WHAT TO DO TO GET OVER THE BAD MOOD? ANSWER IS VERY EASY IF ONE TAKES THE FOLLOWING STEPS; 1. I have always been a motivated person, why is this bad mood, for whatever reasons, ii is affecting me, not only that it is demotivating and demoralizing me but is affecting my personality, which is so precious to me, for me and for all those I meet and deal with. 2. if I remain in this state of mood, I will waste the whole day and perhaps get enraged on baseless grounds 3. hence it is essential that I MUST BOOST MYSELF, get ready as usual and rush to work as usual. 4. the moment I will get immersed and absorbed in the intricacies and urgency of the job I will forget whether ever I had bad mood. 5. I will avoid talking, take a sip of tea or coffee as usual and take to work with full concentration.. 6. finally the work well done, which is natural, will give me joy and satisfaction and as time will pass on, the very thinking of bad mood will disappear and I will turn to my normal composure. HENCE NEVER TURN TO BE VICTIM OF BAD MOOD, ARM YOURSELF BY ALL MEANS TO GET OVER IT, PERHAPS IN THE MANNER AS I HAVE SUGGESTED ABOVE. RECALL OF THE PAST, IT IS A TOTAL WASTE AND BRINGS IN NO RESULT, PERHAPS IGNITES REGRETS AND REPENTANCE, CREATING BAD MOOD, BAD DEALINGS AND POSSIBLY BAD RELATIONS. In general ladies enjoy such conversations while men mostly do not get into such talks. WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF RECALLING THE PAST? Mostly we concentrate and get absorbed in the past, as to why it happened, had I foreseen the consequences, I would have not acted like that and as a result I would have been better off to avoid the sufferance and regrets of today. As a result thereof, our entire energy gets absorbed in reflection and searching out reasons as to why it happened, why I could not avoid, and/or find some solution howsoever hard and impractical it seemed to be. HENCE WHAT TO DO IN ANSWER TO RECALL OF THE PAST; -recall of the past must rest and be concentrated on as to what experience it has given and as to what gain I will be enjoying by recalling the past. -if in answer to above, it looks like that there is no gain, nor is any good experience derived at to make use at present and in the future, it is better to forget and NOT TO WASTE TIME IN RECALLING THE PAST. -feel and decide that recall of the past will be just waste of time, WHATEVER HAS HAPPENED, CANNOT BE DONE.
