LEADERSHIP – WHAT IS THE DEFINITION AND WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF A LEADER: Leader is one who leads others, he is crowd puller, the crowd listens him attentively, feels convinced and follow him. The crowd trusts him for his truthfulness, being a true sympathiser and helpful, as such he was believed and considered to be the leader for the crowd to lead them and settle all their issues and problems. To become a leader generally those we have immense memory power to remember the name and background of each and every one in his area and as and when meet or function happens, he calls them by name and meets them as fully conversant, sympathiser and in closeness as one of them and is all for them. He is supposed to analyse the difficulties of his area, convert these into opportunity, find answer and move forward to meet the concerned personalities and high ups in the hierarchy to put forward the problems of his area and suggest answers thereof and to ensure that most of the issues are solved as quickly as possible. Apparently he remains truthful and offers most convincing replies. Has the capacity to convince and silence the criticising and opposing ones, and in general to take such persons and all along..
