if you do not have leadership qualities do accept to assist the leader,which consist in memorising names, information well all the time, good communicator, having vision and foresight, not necessarily what one says is to remain true to that, must observe what the group or the public wants, at what moment, how to articulate and communicative in the manner the public understands and is hit by its feelings to clap instantaneously and emotionally. For example PM Modi is the great leader while Dr Manmohan Singh was hardly a leader. I believe even though I have capacity and vision but I do not have memory and knowledge of the history, nor do I have the capacity to gather crowd, nor the feeling nor thinking to be not true to what I say, rather I remain committed to what I say.
