-HEALTH IS WEALTH IT IS TRUE ALSO -HEALTH IS MOST IMPORTANT AT ALL STAGES OF LIFE -MANY NEGLECT IT FOR ACHIIEVIENG SUCCESS IN STUDIES, IN BUILDING CAREER ETC.- -HENCE THEY CONCENCENTRATE MOST OF THEIR TIME TO REACH THESE GOALS. -IT IS GENERALLY SAID THAT IF YOU WANT TO GAIN SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO LOSE SOMETHING -AS SUCH IF ONE WANTS TO EXCEL IN STUDIES OR IN CAREER, ONE IS SUPPOSED TO NEGLECT ONE’S HEALTH -IT IS NOT TRUE IF ONE LOSES ONE’S HEALTH, MANY WEAKNESSES CAN DEVELOP LIKE BAD MOOD, WEAKNESS, SOME MINOR IF NOT BIG DISEASES CAN DEVELOP, AND AS SUCH ONE MAY HAVE TO LOSE LOT OF TIME AND MAY NOT BE HAVING ENOUGH ENERGY TO WORK FOR LONG TIME -IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE THAT BECAUSE OF WEAKNESS, BAD MOOD, SLIGHTLY DISEASED, ONE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO MEMORISE AS BEST AS ONE COULD IF ONE IS HAVING GOOD HEALTH AND FINDS SOME TIME TO RELAX TO OVERCOME THE TIREDNESS. -IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL THAT THE HEALTHIER ONE IS, THE BETTER ONE WILL DEVELOP RESISTANCE TO SUSTAIN LONGER HOURS WORK AND BETTER ONE COULD BE A GOOD PERFORMER. -NOT TO FORGET EITHER, THE HEATHIER ONE IS THE GREATER ONE HAS THE CAPACITY TO WORK HARD, PUT IN MORE HOURS OF WORK AND CAN ALSO PERFORM BETTER. -HENCE IT IS ESSENTIAL TO TAKE A SMALL BREAK TO RELAX AND DO EXERCISE TO REJUVINATE ONE’S ENERGIES, IT IS ESSENIAL. -AS ONE IS GROWING INTO YOUNG AND GETS INTO FULL YOUTHFULNESS, ONE PRIORITISES ONE’S CAREER, HAS COMPULSORARILY TO OWN VARIOUS TYPES OF RESPONSIBILITIES, MOSTLY AS SUCH, ONE NEGLECT ONE’S HEALTH UNDER THE STRAIN AND URGE TO BETTER ONE’S STANDARD OF LIFE, HIS FAMILY AND THE CHILDREN. -ALAS ONE FORGETS, RATHER MOSTLY DOES NOT REALISE AS TO WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO HIM/HER WHEN HE/SHE WILL GET OLD. -IT IS THUS IN OLD AGE, ONE DOES REALISE THE VALUE OF HEALTH WHICH IN OTHER WORDS SUPERSEDES THE STRUGGLE AND CRAZE FOR WEALTH, PROMINENCE ETC. -IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL TO REMEMBER, IF ONCE HEALTH IS LOST, IT CAN NEVER BE COMPENSATED BY WEALTH AND PROSPERITY ONE HAS ACHIEVED IN LIFE EVER. -TO LIVE LONGER AND FOR WHICH HEALTH IS MOST IMPORTANT, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ONE MUST FIND TIME TO DO SOME SORT OF EXERCISE, BETTER ONE’S ATTITUDES AND MANNERS, MANAGE TO REMAIN OCCUPIED, ESSENTIAL AND MOST IMPORTANT IT IS TO RELAX WELL, TO REMAIN HAPPY AND HEALTHIER. -HENCE ESSENTIAL IT IS ESSENTIAL TO BALANCE WORK, PROGRESS AND HEALTH TO LIVE LONGER, HAPPIER, STRONG AND SUCCESSFUL. -LET IT NOT BE FORGOTEN THAT WORRIES, RESPONSIBILITIES TO BREAK IMPOSSIBLES RECORDS AND COMPETITIONS ETC.
