EVERYONE WHEN TAKES ANY DECISION, AS PER HIS/HER THINKING AND JUDGEMENT, THE DECISION TAKEN OR BEING TAKEN IS THE BEST ONE UNDER THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES AND BY ALL CALCULATIONS AND REFLEXIONS BUT PARADOXICALLY LATER ON AFTER SOME TIME THIS PARTICUAR DECISION PROVES WRONG. -It is a fact and is true also, decisions as taken by parents are criticized by their children many a time when the decision taken at a particular time by parents does not suit them or the parents imposed their decision on their children against the wishes of their children. For examples the parents have set up some business and have done all efforts to grow it to a certain stage and want to progress it further, as such in their thinking they force their children to step into their business irrespective of whether they like it or not or have no aptitude for this business and prefer to launch into some other business or vocation of their liking. If at some stage the organization not only that it does not grow but starts incurring losses, Hence hereafter blame game starts wherein children accuse their parents that they never wanted to get into their business but were forced, and that they did not allow us to go by our choice. NOW AT THIS STAGE THE PARENTS REALISE THAT THEY DID A MISTAKE, THEY MADE THEIR CHILDREN TO WORK IN THEIR BUSINESS FIRSTLY THAT THEY WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO STRUGGE A LOT AS IN A NEW VENTURE, FURTHER THEY WILL BE ABLE TO LEAD AND ENJOY THEIR LIFE FROM WHAT WE ARE HANDING THEM OVER. -It is said that Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru opted for plebiscite for Kashmir which ever allowed and conducted at any stage now, it is believed that the decision/verdict might go against India and also why to go in for plebiscite when Kashmir is already in India’s possession. -Likewise Indira Gandhi is blatantly criticized for Emergency. -Modi is being criticized for demonetization etc. etc. Each of them will justify that in those circumstances whatever decision they had taken, that was the best decision for the nation and the country at large There is no doubt that as after some time, the circumstances change from within and from outside, .and the decision taken earlier does not hold good. Hence discussions and changes are carried out from families to state assemblies, Parliament and even by 32judiciary. NOW THE QUESTION ARISES WHETHER THIS BLAME GAME SHOULD CONTINUE OR IS THERE SOME ANSWER POSSIBLE TO AVOID THE BLAME GAME: 1.realisation as to whatever decision was taken by elders and/or those in the managing and governing position was possibly right in their thinking but in the present circumstances and situation, it does not hold good, hence it is necessary to change it and better it is that we concentrate on the change and finding answer based on the present situation and circumstances. 2.blame game is not going to serve any purpose, it will be sheer waste of time causing frictions and possibly more harm than it exists at present.. 3, whatever harms was to happen has happened, maybe your views and aspirations were ignored and instead their views and decision were imposed. By recalling the past, we will be causing more harm by accusing each other and perhaps inviting ire of the elders/predecessors. 4. it is also a fact when any loss happens, to brush aside blame on oneself, generally one hurles blame on others and as such manages to escape from blame and/or loss of all types. Further by believing and escaping from the blame, it is fact one avoids criticism about his/her action but to nothing is done to remedy the situation. I think, it is better to accept the blame, invite answers, take decision and move forward. 5. instead of wasting time in recalling the past and creating ill-will and also listening to all types of defensive arguments etc. better it is to analyse the situation and circumstances, also the perception and background of those who took such a decision, do all to analyse and take all care not to repeat the same or similar so-called mistake now and thus concentrate all energies to find the best solutions and decision taken.
