NIGHTMARES WHEN WE SLEEP, OUR BODY GETS FRESH AND REJUVINATES ITSELF FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT IT IS OUR MIND THAT REMAINS ACTIVE. IT REMAINS BUSY IN SORTING OUT AND FILLING IN INFORMATION THAT IT GATHERS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. CAUSES 1. A FEW MEDICINES AND DRUGS WHICH POUR CHEMICALS IN THE BRAIN 2. SOME ARE NON-PSYHOLOGICAL MEDICAL INDICATIONS LIKE.. BLOOD PRESSURE 3. SOME TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES OF THE PAST 4. TO SEE DOCTOR IF THE NIGHTMARES ARE THE RESULT OF ‘SLEEP APNEA’ -REM DISORDER -ANXIETY -DEPRESSION 5. STRESS … CAN ALSO BE THE REASON. HENCE DO YOGA, MEDITATION AND SUCH ACTIVITIES ACTIVITIES WHICH MAKE YOU CALM AND RELAXED. 6.
