LOYALTY WHAT DOES IT MEAN, HOW IT SHOULD BE EXERCISED -LOYALTY MEANS COMPLETE HONESTY, COMPLETE SINCERITY AND TO SAFEGUARD THE INTEREST OF THE HIGHER UP, BOSS, OWNER ETC. -SHOULD SOME CIRCUMSTANCES AFFECT YOU AND/OR YOU ARE TO DO SOMETHING, WHERE YOUR INTEREST WILL BE JEAPORDISED OR YOU MAY GET AFFECTED FOR ALL ACTIONS TAKEN AS INSTRUCTED/ADVISED. -IT IS A VERY TICKLISH SITUATION, BUT IN ALL RESPECTS IT BECOMES ESSENTIAL TO PROTECT ONESELF BY ALL MEANS RATHER BEING INVOLVED AND PUNISHED THEREFOR. -THEN QUESTION ARISES HOW TO PROTECT ONESELF WHEN ONE COMMITS AND BELIEVES IN LOYALTY IN ALL RESPECTS. -1ST ANSWER COMES ABOUT TO CHECK UP ALL CONSEQUENCES OF ACTION TO BE TAKEN -ANALYSE THE RISKS INVOLVED IN EACH CASE -BRING OUT CLEARLY ALL OPTIONS TO THE HIGHER UP/OWNER ETC. -NORMALLY THE OPTION WITH LEAST RISK WILL BE ADVISED TO TAKE ACTION -NOW QUESTION WHAT TO DO EVEN IN THIS LEAST RISK ALSO -ANSWER REMAINS EITHER TO LEAVE THE JOB OR TO ACT TO TAKE ACTION. -I FEEL IN SUCH SITUATIONS WHEN ONE KNOWS THAT THE JOB ONE IS HANDLING, IS VERY RISKY -THEN BETTER IS TO DECLINE AND IF ONE DOES NOT DO THAT IT MEANS ONE IS READY TO TAKE THE RISK -IF IT HAPPENS SO, THEN THAT ACTION WHICH HAS THE LEAST RISK TO BE TAKEN, ESPECIALLY ONE KNOWS IT WELL AND HAS OPTED TO ACCEPT THAT POSITION -LET US BE VERY CLEAR SUCH A POSITION OF RISK WILL BE BY THOSE ONLY WHO ALSO WANT TO BE BENEFITTED THEMSELVES IN SOME MANNER OR THER OTHER, OTHERWISE IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN, AS EACH ONE DOES CARE FOR HIMSELF/HERSELF AND HIS/HER FAMILY AND TO REMAIN IN NORMAL POSITIONS/JOBS THAN GETTING TO THOSE WHICH INVOLVE RISKS. -LOYALTY IS ALSO TESTED WHEN OWNERS TAKE RETIREMENT AND THEIR BUSINESS IS TAKEN BY THEIR CHILEREN/ DIRECTOR/ANY OTHER CHOICE -IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, GENERALLY THOSE WHO ARE AND HAD BEEN LOYAL TO THEIR OWNERS. CONTINUE TELLING THEIR OWNERS WHAT THEIR SONS/DAUGHTERS ETC. IN THE ORGANISATION ARE DOING AND/OR MANAGING AND WHETHER THERE ARE ANY ISSUES IN THEIR SON/ DAUGHTER’S ETC. WORING -IN SUCH A SITUATION, HOW SHOULD THE LOYAL PERSONS BEHAVE TO INFORM THEIR OWNERS OR NOT OR CHOOSE WHAT TO INFORM AND WHAT NOT AS ALSO HOW TO INFORM OR AVOID IT BY MAKING EXCUSES ETC. -LET IT NOT BE FORGOTTEN THAT THE SON/DAUGHTER ETC. WHEN TAKES OVER, ALSO KNOWS WHO ARE LOYAL TO HIS/HER PARENT/OWNERS AND POSSIBLY ALL HIS/HER ACTIONS COULD BE INFORMED TO HIS/HER PARENTS/OWNERS AND/OR ASKED FOR FROM THESE LOYAL PERSONS. -IN SUCH A SITUATION, EVERY POSSIBILITY IS THERE OF VICTIMISATION. -THEN HOW SHOULD SUCH LOYAL PERSON(S) BEHAVE IN SUCH A SITUATION, IS THE QUESTION -SUCH LOYAL PERSONS IF THEY ARE SHREWED MUST UNDERSTAND THAT LOYALTY IS DONE TO THE ONE WHO TAKES OVER/BECOMES THE BOSS/OWNER AND AS SUCH THEY MUST BY ALL ACTIONS/MEANS MUST DEMONSTRATE THEIR LOYALTY TOWARDS THE NEW BOSS/OWNER AN THAT PAST IS PAST AND THATNEEDS TO BE FORGOTTEN -THEN QUESTION ARISES HOW IT IS TO BE DONE -THEY MUST CONCENTRATE ON THEIR WORK -PERHAPS BY THE NEW OWNER/BOSS THEY WILL BE ABOUT ASKED TO GIVE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS -TO WHICH THEY MAY CLEARLY LET THE BOSS/NEW OWNER KNOW THAT THEIR LOYALTY SUBSISTS FOR HIM/HER AND NONE ELSE AND THAT FOR THE ORGANISATION AS A WHOLE RATHER THAN ENTERING INTO TALKING GOOD OR BAD ABOUT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. -ALSO IF INSISTED, THEY MAY SAY THAT WE TELL THEM TO A GREAT WE DO NOT KNOW MUCH, NOR WE ARE ASKED FOR, WE REMAIN BUSY WITH OUR WORK AS THE BEST POSSIBLE SO THAT THE ORGANISATION CONTINUES GROWING AND THAT WE ALL ARE BENEFITTED. -FURTHER IF THE PREVIOUS OWNERS ASK ABOUT THE WORKING AND ACTIONS TAKEN BY THEIR SON/DAUGHTER/NEW ENTRANT, THEN THEY MAY TELL THEM THAT AS THEY KNOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN AND ARE LOYAL TO YOU, THEY KEEP US AT A DISTANCE AND WE ON OUR PART CONTINUE CONCENTRATING IN OUR WORK AND GENERALY TO THE EXTENT WE KNOW, ALL IS GOING ON WELL, IRRESPECTIVE WHETHER IT IS TRUE OR NOT -AS OTHERWISE QUESTIONS AND CROSS QUESTIONS WILL CONTINUE, RATHER COULD GROW FURTHER AND GENERALLY WILL RESULT IN THEIR VICTIMISATION OR BEING THROWN OFF THE JOB -ALSO POSSIBLY TELL THE PREVIOUS OWNERS I THINK IT WILL BE BETTER LET THE SON/DAUGHTER/SELECTED ONE WORK IN HIS/HER MANNER, PLEASE KEEP FAITH IN THEM, EVEN IF SOME MISTAKES ARE DONE, THEY WILL LEARN FROM MISTAKES, AND ALSO AS HE/SHE/THE SELECTED ONE HAS BEEN FULLY TESTED BY YOU FOR THEIR INTEGRITY AND CAPABILITIES, HENCE DO KEEP FAITH IN YOUR SELECTION AND ALSO IN THEM,ALSO I THINK IT WILL BE BETTER FOR YOU AS WELL TO BE FREE AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE AS BEST AND AS FREELY AS YOU CAN.
